30-Day Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • To qualify for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

  • Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After verification, we will provide:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, at no additional cost


Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Pyklo covers the return shipping cost

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees


Non-Returnable Items
